Year 3 pupils have recently enjoyed creating their very own radio shows! The children first of all planned their show, considering the content and who would be saying what. They then created their own jingle for the radio show, making good use of the computers in the ICT suite!
Finally, children used the MP3 recorders to record their final shows! It was terrific to see the efforts that some children went to, even bringing in items from home such as guitars!

I’ve arrived in France for my two weeks learning more French and visiting a French school. I’ll be posting news regularly. I might set some puzzles or games for those of you who want a challenge! Children have made a brilliant start to the year, producing some wonderful work and behaving very well! Have a look at the slideshow below to see some of the work that year 3 have been completing. You may well recognise some of the portraits – the children have been using mirrors, paint and their artistic skills to create the images.
Children in year 3 have begun to study Ancient Greece this half term, and they are looking forward to the visit of some Ancient Greek soldiers later this term! Stay tuned for more information as it comes.
